The culture and growth advocate helps everyone on our team ensure that we are living our values and that everyone’s professional growth is well-supported.
Responsibilities
- Understand, hone, and extend the company values in alignment with our mission and needs
- Help team members connect with our mission and values
- Create and oversee the policies, programs, and tools that create a safe, transparent, and supportive environment for team members to engage in the creation and maintenance of our culture
- Serve as a resource to team members in their self-guided professional growth:
- Provide practice-informed feedback and guidance
- Connect team members with services, tools, trainings, and resources
- Create and oversee the structured Sponsor and Mentor programs
- Serve as the person at the table who is laser focused on our values and culture
Skills & Competencies
